Introduction

By using this website, submitting an inquiry, purchasing digital products, or booking services with LIM Creative Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Please review both documents prior to submitting personal information or making payments.

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1. Booking & Retainer

A non-refundable retainer of 25–50% is required to secure your session date. A date is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

2. Payments

Remaining balances are due on or before the session date.
Payments may be made by e-transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
Late payments may delay delivery of final files.

3. Cancellation Policy

All retainers are non-refundable.

Client-Initiated Cancellations

14+ days before session: No additional fees.
Within 14 days of session: 25% of the remaining balance is owed.
Within 72 hours of session: 50% of the remaining balance is owed.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

If LIM Creative Studios must cancel, all payments including retainers will be fully refunded.

4. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule once at no cost with 7+ days’ notice.
Rescheduling with less than 7 days’ notice may incur a $50–$150 fee.
Additional rescheduling attempts may incur additional charges.

5. Weather Policy

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled if weather conditions prevent safe or effective shooting. Weather-related rescheduling is free.

6. Copyright & Usage

LIM Creative Studios retains full copyright over all images and videos.

Clients receive personal-use rights unless commercial licensing is purchased.
Images and videos may not be altered, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

7. Delivery Timelines

Photos: 5–14 days
Events: 2–6 weeks
Videos: 1–4 weeks

Rush delivery may be available for an extra fee.

8. RAW Files & Unedited Footage

RAW images and unedited video footage are not released.
Clients receive fully edited, high-resolution final files.

9. Creative Control

The studio maintains full artistic discretion over editing style, colour grading, and shot selection. Client input is welcomed but cannot be guaranteed.

10. Liability

LIM Creative Studios is not liable for:

Weather or venue-related restrictions
Delays caused by client lateness
Data loss due to client storage issues
Personal injury or property damage during sessions
If a technical or studio-side failure occurs, the client may receive a reshoot or refund at the studio’s discretion.

11. Privacy

All client information is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

12. Digital Download Sales (Store Page)

A. All Digital Sales Are Final

Because digital products cannot be returned, all digital download purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

B. Delivery of Products

Digital files are delivered electronically via download link.
Links may expire or include a limited number of download attempts.

C. Usage Rights & Licensing

Purchasing a digital product provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Resell
Redistribute
Repackage
Modify for resale
Claim authorship
Use commercially without permission

All copyrights remain owned by LIM Creative Studios.

D. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for:

Device incompatibility
Storage limitations
Internet issues
Corrupted downloads after successful delivery

For assistance within 48 hours of purchase, contact us.

E. Fraud Prevention

Download activity may be monitored to prevent unauthorized sharing or piracy.
